Please note: all TASCHENBEGLEITER designed in the CONFIGURATOR and all TASCHENBEGLEITER with a personalized engraving or embroidery are customized items and can therefore not be exchanged.This remains valid for delayed deliveries.

WE WILL INFORM YOU ABOUT ANY DELAYS AS SOON AS WE BECOME AWARE OF THEM.

Reasons for delayed deliveries include: our suppliers are delivering material late, our sewing workshops are slowed down due to illness or holidays, production reruns are necessary due to faulty production or we are experiencing unexpectedly large numbers of orders (e.g. in the run-up to Christmas or after a report in the press).

Methods of payment

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE: You can pay in advance.

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR ORDER, YOUR WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

This email includes:
1 — YOUR ORDER NUMBER (please specify when making bank transfer)
2 — A SUMMARY OF YOUR ORDER
3 — OUR BANK DETAILS

PAYPAL

ON ACCOUNT: only available for ROTERFADEN retailers.

For payment on account: All ROTERFADEN invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt. In the event of delayed payment, ROTERFADEN is entitled to withhold further deliveries and services. If the customer defaults on payment, ROTERFADEN is entitled to claim default charges 5 % above the European Central Bank’s current base rate p.a..

Delivery

As long as not otherwise agreed, we dispatch to the delivery address you have given us.

NOTE FOR DELIVERY TO A SWISS ADDRESS: Delivery to a Swiss address is always via "Deutsche Post Einschreiben" (registered post).

NOTE FOR DELIVERY TO AN AUSTRIAN ADDRESS: Delivery to an Austrian address is always via "DHL PAKET".

Delivery times

1 — Items in stock are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days after receipt of payment.

2 — TASCHENBEGLEITER aus dem KONFIGURATOR werden innerhalb von 7 Arbeitstagen nach Zahlungseingang gefertigt und im Anschluss an Sie versendet.

3 — Delivery times for special custom orders agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Working days: Monday through Friday. Our workshops are shut on Saturdays.

Order payments received by 9:30 am are processed on that day. Order payments received after that are processed the following day.

If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, ROTERFADEN will inform the customer as soon as possible about the new delivery time. ROTERFADEN will also inform the customer if an ordered item becomes permanently out of stock. If ROTERFADEN, through no fault of their own, is unable to deliver an ordered item, because suppliers have not fulfilled their contractual obligations, ROTERFADEN is entitled to cancel the order.

ROTERFADEN has the right to split a delivery if this makes it possible to process the order faster. Any additional costs incurred by splitting the delivery will be paid for by ROTERFADEN.

Property rights

The ordered item(s) remain the property of ROTERFADEN until the agreed price has been paid in full. If the customer does not uphold the contract, particularly by not paying the agreed sum, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract and to demand the return of the item(s).
